I love fitness and nutrition. In my spare time, my favourite thing to do is to look up new fitness moves and nutrition tips. I'm constantly watching podcasts or videos to help me improve and be the best fitness instructor and nutrition coach I can be. I am at my best as a person when I am helping and teaching others. The best part about GFS is seeing transformations for women not only throughout the 8 or 12 week program, but after the program is finished. Being part of a person’s health journey fills me with a euphoric feeling. Remembering day 1 when they are just learning how to apply healthy strategies, to day 30 when they become macro pros, to months after when they are using their knowledge to make healthy choices for the rest of their lives well beyond the coaching session. I love getting to know everyone personally through daily check-ins, developing more than just a coaching relationship but a friendship. There is no such thing as TMI in our coaching program and we love supporting women to stand up for themselves and put themselves first.

I hope everyone who enters our community leaves with a better understanding on how they can live a healthy life FOREVER. At GFS we are a family of women who inspire and motivate each other to be the best we can be.
