She sets you up on an individualized program where you track your food, water, exercise along with health markers such as sleep & energy. So, I’ve been thinking about your question to me last night about what’s the difference this time. I think the biggest different is that I am enjoying the process - I’m not stressing about it. I’m being consistent with my movement, water and food and I’m LOVING this chapter. The comment someone posted in the group about working towards my 70 year old body really resonated with me. Losing weight will be the bi product of working towards my health and well being consistently. Yes I want to lose weight but what I want even more is to feel healthy and be able to live an active lifestyle as I age and not be restricted because of my size. Thanks for creating a safe place for me to do this!
